The majority of patients attending secondary care diabetes services in Moray are seen at Dr Gray’s Hospital, which celebrated a 200 year anniversary in 2019. In addition to the general clinics provided in our main Out-patient Department, we also offer a transition service for those transferring from the Paediatric Diabetes Clinic; Young Person’s services for those aged 16-22 years; a pre-pregnancy and Joint Obstetric clinic; Pump and CGM clinic; a multi-disciplinary foot clinic in collaboration with our podiatry team. Peripheral clinics are also held in Buckie and Forres. The secondary care team work closely with our primary care colleagues and support the delivery of care and education in a programme of practice outreach visits across Moray.
