My type 2 diabetes. This course is for anyone diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and is ideally completed within 6-12 months of diagnosis, but can be done any time. It aims to give patient’s all the information they need to know, e.g. what is diabetes?, targets, complications, prevention, care planning, treatments and lifestyle change.

Healthpoint is a walk in service which offers free advice or information on many aspects of health including diabetes and other long term conditions
