DigiBete is a mobile App and website for young people aged 16-25 that provides access to clinically approved support and resources whenever you need them.  This does not replace the care given by your team, but it is there to complement the service provided to you.

We can send you relevant information and resources about managing your diabetes at home, as well as newsletters and clinic updates.  DigiBete will send out regular communications with updates and any upcoming events that might be of interest.

The “My T1D” area in the App allows you to keep a record of all your insulin doses and pump settings.  You will also be able to record your HbA1c, store care plans, future appointments, and notes.  In the “My Clinic” area of the app, you can find “Sick Day Guidance” with information on what to do if you are unwell or have ketones.  It is handy to have everything in one place on your phone or tablet.

You will have direct access to over 200 diabetes films, and age-appropriate resources to support self-management and essential training.  You can gain awards and track your progress in the “Awards” section.

Download Instructions

DigiBete can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.  Once installed, you will be asked to either log in or sign up.  You will need to sign up on your first visit.

Each family can sign up with one e-mail address and a password that can be shared with other carers.  Up to 6 devices can access the App using the same login.  We hope you find this helpful.  You will be asked to enter your unique clinic code.

If you have Type 1 diabetes, your Clinic Code is: Z0KI1
